Everyone is just as accommodating and friendly as can be. This is our first travel trailer, and being as inexperienced that we are, we had a lot of questions and concerns.

We came back a week later with a long list of (newbie) concerns and questions. They took excellent care of us, and addressed every item.

We had trouble learning the brake system. Chris took us for a test drive and spent so much time teaching us and showing us all the ins and outs of so many things! Giving us pointers and tips that were greatly in need of.

We purchased a 2016 North Trail 32rets a few weeks ago. Being the first time RVers Jerry took the time to show us a few choices. We went back the following week and Jerry was out of town so Chris gave us a few more options. 100% no pressure and 100% honest and helpful. So much so we bought a travel trailer that day. Had a slight problem a week later and the service department helped and solved the issue. Bought many cars over the years and this is our first RV and there is no comparison. I can tell you we purchased 3 trailers in less than 10 months, one North Trail, traded that in for a larger Hertiage Glen 5th wheel and finally a 18 equipment trailer. Chris is outstanding and he has always been honest with my wife and I and that why we are loyal buyers to Chris and his team!

We purchased a used class A motorhome and had a question about our AC unit, I spoke with Butch over the phone he was so helpful and knowledgable in offering options, I would definately recommend this dearlership for the amazing customer service and willingness to help even though we didnt purchase the motorhome from them. We called Delightful Days with an issue with our fold down trailer. We were informed the wait to get service would be longer than we had before our vacation. But the service technician asked me what our problem was and offered suggestions on how we might be able to solve the issue ourselves. He took the time to listen and diagnose what was wrong. Thankfully he was correct and we are now able to leave for vacation with a full repair. We truly appreciate the care we received and will use this dealer for any other service or sales needs.

We drove from Florida to purchase our trailer from Delightful Days because they had the model we wanted at the best price in the nation. Little did we know that the customer service we would experience from Jerry and his entire crew would be equally outstanding! When we arrived to pick up the trailer, everything was ready for us just as promised. We had ordered some accessories to be installed, and the service department was professional and efficient. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and did everything they could possibly do to make sure that we were 100% pleased with our purchase. BUT it did not end there! That was over a year ago, and in the time since, Jerry and Delightful Days have gone way, WAY above and beyond to answer any questions we have had, and provide assistance to us in obtaining needed service. Jerry kept calling and checking back to follow up, and make sure that we received help for our problem. We highly recommend Delightful Days for both sales and service. They are the BEST!!!

We want to thank everyone at Delightful Days for the great experience purchasing our used pop-up Viking camper. John in sales was very helpful from the first phone call in response to a message we left on the website, to the day we signed all the paperwork and picked up our camper. When it came time to pickup and demo the camper, Mark spent a lot of time in the cold weather going over everything in detail, taking the time to answer any and all of our questions, even offering his assistance by telephone should we have any questions. Mark did a great job and we are very grateful that he was the one that helped us through the learning process. All of this to sell us a used camper!! I would like to say that I am not an impulse buyer. my wife and I looked for a year and visited many stores around the tri-state area and settled on delightful days.past experiences with this store is the reason i came back. i purchased a cargo trailer from them and i also had a cap made for my truck, both get great usage and held up well. my wife and i settled on the 2016 vista cruiser after looking at several used ones and fell in love with this model. we took it out for the first time and now looking forward to more great times. thanks to john and the rest of the crew at delightful days.

We got our first trailer that we did not have to open up, we have had two StarCraft popups and a 26 33 Trailmanor, Jerry was great in giving us info on campers while not pushing a sale. We told him what we were looking for and he gave us that and much more we did not even think about for a super price, when we picked it up there were a few things we wanted done and they jumped right in to do it for us. Mark was great in showing us how everything work and answered all our questions, and told us no mater what anytime, and where ever we were call anytime we had a question, they were always ready to serve us. We had a very good experience, and love our new Wildwood 254 RLXL they did a great job in setting up the Hitch and teaching me how to use it all I had before was a single ball hitch. I highly recommend Delightful Days.

We were on our way back from Michigan to our home in Tennessee with our RV when we stopped for gas in Walton KY. While pulling away from the gas pump we hit the gas pump guard creating substantial damage to the rear of our camper/trailer. We contacted Delightful Days RV (one exit south of us) and they said to bring it in. The rear wall of the camper was pulled away from the side wall leaving it open to the elements and pulling the taillight wiring apart, as well as disfiguring the rear bumper. As soon as we arrived at Delightful Days RV the service personnel began assessing the damage and immediately went to work. They used a forklift to push in the bumper and muscle to get the rear and side walls realigned using screws to secure it. They reconnected the taillight wiring so we had lights to get us home and charged us a very reasonable rate as well. We still needed repairs and had to make an insurance claim and would have taken it back to Delightful Days if it wasnt so far from home. Thank you Delightful Days RV for taking care of us in a very stressful situation.
